Alison Bell
Alison worked in HR roles for The Royal Bank of Scotland, Mentor Services, Sky TV and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Alison established Bell HR in 2010 with the objective of providing outsourced HR support for small and medium sized business. Alison works with a diverse range of clients from sectors such as manufacturing, hospitality, construction, retail and social care. She gets to know the business and provides HR advice and HR business partnering support to meet individual business needs.
Alison has supported organisations with a range of strategic HR projects which have focused on areas such as restructuring, performance management, management development and the development of HR processes. Alison is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. An approved coach with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and a member of the Scottish Mediation Network.

Jennifer Brown
Jen is a Coaching, Training and Personal development Consultant with a focus on Leadership and Management development, Coaching and Coaching development for managers. An experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant, Coach and Coach Supervisor, known for her calm and focused approach while gaining trust through building relationships quickly and easily with a professional, ethical approach. Jen has a passion for helping people get to where they want to be, business or personal, through Coaching and Development consultancy. Jen has worked with Bell HR as an Associate Consultant since 2019 and has provided support for a range of clients in the areas of 1 to 1 coaching and management development. Jen also enjoys recording our podcast the HR Chatroom where we talk about a range of HR related topics. |
Carolyn Leigh
Carolyn is a an experienced HR professional with a deep understanding of HR practices, policies and procedures. She has a proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies across a myriad of sectors, including, but not limited to, professional services, online travel, and technology. Carolyn has a wealth of experience across employee relations, reward and recognition strategies, organisational design and performance and talent management.
As a Senior Consultant, Carolyn is passionate about collaborating and partnering with her clients and acting as their trusted advisor. She is a keen problem solver, spending time finding the most commercial solutions for her client’s HR activities.
